Customer Service is our primary concern, here, at Rustic Ranch Tack. We want every customer to be completely happy with every purchase.

SHIPPING INFO:

All orders are processed within 48 hours of placing the order, unless otherwise specifically noted for the individual product. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package, and not on the price of the merchandise.  All Saddle Stands and Racks ship according to the time given in each product description, usually 2 - 3 weeks.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from the Receipt date. Please contact us by telephone at 623-393-0456, or by e-mail at 4Horses@RusticRanchTack.com for Return Authorization. Only the purchase price will be refunded on returned merchandise. Returns made after 30 days from Receipt will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging and/or tags still attached. Damaged and/or defective merchandise must be reported to us within 14 days of the Receipt date to obtain a replacement item.

PAYMENT PROCESSING:

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, all of your payment information is already stored with them and your checkout process is quick and easy. PayPal also processes all of our credit card transactions so your payment information is safe and secure and you can shop with us worry-free.
