PAYMENT INFO:

Credit Cards are not charged until the order is ready to ship.

SHIPPING INFO:

All orders are processed within 48 hours of placing the order, unless otherwise specifically noted for the individual product. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package, and not on the price of the merchandise.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from the Receipt date. Please contact us by telephone at 661-269-1881, or by e-mail at 4Horses@RusticRanchTack.com for Return Authorization. Only the purchase price will be refunded on returned merchandise. Returns made after 30 days from Receipt will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be in new and sellable condition with all original packaging and/or tags still attached. Damaged and/or defective merchandise must be reported to us within 14 days of the Receipt date to obtain a replacement item.
